The inner basin of Coruisk in the heart of the Cuillin is very unfrequented as it’s difficult and lengthy to access. On this trip we come in by boat which allows us to set up a comfortable wilderness base camp from which we can explore this almost uncharted territory. There are many options for adventurous routes here, including Britain’s longest and finest mountain scramble – The Dubh Ridge. Due to the largely unfrequented nature of the corries on this side of the Cuillin, exploring from here has a real backcountry feel. It’s even possible to seek out new, previously unclimbed routes!
We supply all camping equipment and food, so if you’re coming from far away you don’t have to worry about that, although obviously if you wish to bring your own stuff, that’s fine! The requested album cannot be loaded at this time.
